A Garaventa Lift Elevator in THE NEW AMERICAN HOME® 2020!

The New American Home 2020 was presented by The National Association of Home Builders last January to showcase the technological advancements the housing industry has to offer.

A Garaventa Lift luxury elevator was part of this 37th edition of exhibition homes that showcase innovation in technology and efficiency.

This 6,428 sq. ft. of living space, constructed in Henderson, Nevada, was distinguished by incorporating a wide variety of contemporary-modern design, characterized by minimal decoration and radius walls.

The luxury-home community of Ascaya presented the ideal location to exhibit innovation in technology and design. Industry professionals were able to view the outdoor transitional entertainment including a vanishing edge pool and a custom fireplace.
